The medical community today disagrees about the actual cause of migraine. It may be triggered by fluctuations of serotonin, and activity of the trimengial nerve. Migraine headaches are a type of vascular headache. More women than men have migraines. 1 in 10 people suffer migraines. Frequently, migraines are hereditary. |

Continued………………. Many people find that indeed their migraines do fit the earthquake pattern. For the first time , something about their migraine pain makes sense. After being told for years that it's everything you eat, and it's everything you do that causes migraines, watch your migraines, compare with seismic activity, and this will make sense. You will find a predictable pattern if you will keep up with earthquake. Some areas will affect you more than others. Some will cause a different kind a symptom pattern, a different sore place on your head. You will begin to recognize it. You can test this theory for yourself. If you find that your migraines do occur more often when there are earthquake alerts and seismic activity, then it has to be more than coincidence. If your migraine suddenly is gone, and you know that an earthquake occurred at or near that time, then you have the most likely answer. It is usually quakes over 4. that cause the worst headaches . While this won't stop the need for pain relievers, knowing why you hurt can go a long way to relieving the depression of coping with that kind of pain. Haven't you thought that if you just knew why you hurt, you could cope better? And, if you can cope better, you will feel better emotionally. It won't relieve the after migraine depression, but you will know with certainty that your migraines aren't your fault. *THIS IS ONLY A THEORY. The subject has been researched and is time-tested by a life long migraineur. If your headaches occur before seismic events, and end with the earthquakes, or other seismic activity, TELL YOUR DOCTOR! The information could be important in future treatment of your headaches. As with commonly known fact, the symptoms will occur 4 to 72 hours before a quake in most cases. The intensity, and duration of the headache may be in direct relationship to the size of the quake, and how long before it occurs. It can also relate to the amount of pressure on the fault if that fault hasn't moved in awhile. *Unexplained tooth pain my also be related. Trigeminal Nerve * UNEXPLAINED STOMACH UPSETS & diarrhea, almost as if in clusters ? You may be sensitive to Volcanic Activity ! * Loud ringing in one ear or the other, becoming more intense as the headache progresses *1f you have TMJ Syndrome, the same may be true for you. This has not been researched, but because migraine sufferers also sometimes have back jaw, and ear pain, there is a possibility of a similar cause. Again, test this theory for yourself by comparing the periods you hurt with seismic activity. If this is true for you, you will find that your pain should be relieved with the occurrence of seismic activity. |

* When bomb testing, or any bombing occurs, particularly underground, even on the other side of the planet, migraine sufferers tend to have excruciating pain. These headaches may seem to be more similar to cluster headaches because of scheduling of activity, & with the addition of the usual migraine symptoms. Those who remember the 50's and 60's, might also remember how frequently they hurt, at a time when nuclear testing was common. In the 60's and early 70's , it was Viet Nam. Several years ago when India was doing nuclear testing, again, I experienced intense migraines. Maybe you did as well. During the first three months of the US conflict with Iraq, there was intense bomb activity. I was sick with almost constant migraines for the first three months. Check and see what you remember about that period if you have migraines. |
